I'm a young entrepreneur with a passion for hard work, serving others, and building something that makes a difference.
I officially started Clear Views in June of 2026 with a goal bigger than simply cleaning windows and power washing homes. My vision is to build one of the leading exterior cleaning companies in Pensacola, Florida — and eventually across the country — while never losing sight of the values the business was built on.
As a believer in Jesus Christ, I want my faith to be reflected in the way I operate Clear Views. Character, integrity, honesty, hard work, and genuine care for our customers are values I want at the center of everything we do.

A season in Des Moines
The 80-hour weeks that taught me everything about service — before I ever owned a company of my own.
My journey began in 2025 when I moved to Des Moines, Iowa, to work for American SoftWash — and specifically for Connor Buchanan, the owner and founder of the company. I traded comfort for experience, showing up every morning ready to learn the trade from the ground up. The plan was simple: learn window cleaning and exterior cleaning the right way, side by side with someone who had already built a business doing it.
Connor taught me window cleaning — the technique, the equipment, the standard — but he taught me something more valuable than that. He taught me how to build systems. How to run a job the same way every time so the quality never depends on who showed up that day. How to quote, schedule, and follow through. How to turn a skill into a business that can grow beyond one person holding a squeegee. That education is the foundation Clear Views is built on today.
During that season of my life I worked weeks of up to 80 hours, and sometimes far beyond that — back-to-back 18-hour days, running on four hours of sleep, six and seven days a week. Long days on ladders. Long drives between job sites. Early mornings that ran straight into late nights. Every hour had a purpose — I was saving money, learning the industry, and chasing a dream.
That dream was to build a business that allowed me to serve people, inspire others, create opportunities, and make a positive difference in the communities I worked in — all for the glory of God. The 80-hour weeks weren't a grind. They were tuition.
Working at American SoftWash taught me that great service is about much more than simply getting the job done. It is about showing up, working hard, paying attention to the details, treating people with respect, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I learned what a job well done actually looks like — and what corners customers would never notice being cut, but I would.
By the time I finished that chapter, I had saved enough to chase the bigger goal. I packed up what I had, pointed the truck south, and started Clear Views Window and Exterior Cleaning LLC in Pensacola, Florida in June of 2026.
