What's in the Clear Views Service Plan
Four things come with every plan, no matter which cadence you choose. Here's what each one means.
100% Clear Guarantee
If you see something you don't like within 48 hours of your appointment, we come back out and fix it at no cost. No arguments, no extra charge — just call us within two days and we'll make it right.
FREE Screen Cleaning
We clean your screens as part of the plan — normally a $5 fee per screen. They get pulled, washed, and put back the same way they came out.
FREE Hard Water Removal
We remove all of the hard water spots for free — normally an additional $10 per window. That mineral buildup is what dulls glass long before the glass itself is dirty, and it's included.
Priority Scheduling All Year
Need to move your appointment? We reschedule you within the same month at no additional cost and work around your schedule — you keep your cleaning and your discount.
How the Clear Views Service Plan actually runs
From the first estimate to your discount landing on every invoice — here's the whole process.
Sign up for your plan
Pick the cadence that fits — Monthly, Quarterly, or Biannual — and your discounts and benefits start right away. Monthly and Quarterly include the 100% Clear Guarantee, free screen cleaning, free hard water removal, and priority scheduling all year. Biannual includes the 100% Clear Guarantee and free screen cleaning.
You're billed on the 1st
We auto-bill you on the 1st of the month you're serviced. One charge per cleaning, no surprises — and your plan discount is already applied to it.
You get a text with your appointment time
On the 1st of the month you're being serviced, we text you your appointment time so you know exactly when to expect us. No waiting around wondering.
Conflicts? We prioritize you
If the time doesn't work, just reach out and we'll reprioritize your service around your schedule. Life happens — your windows will still get cleaned.
Your plan runs until you cancel
The contract continues month to month until you decide to stop. There are no cancellation fees, ever.
Cancelling? Just pay back the first discount
The only thing we ask when you cancel is that you refund us the discount from that first initial service — you just pay back whatever the discount amount was on that first cleaning. After that, you're free and clear.
